What types of fasteners and stamping parts do you mainly produce?
We produce bolts, screws, nuts, washers, pins, non-standard shaped parts, stamping parts, and cold heading parts – custom according to drawings.
Can you produce non-standard parts according to customer drawings?
Yes. We accept custom orders based on drawings or samples – material, dimensions, hardness, surface finish can all be adjusted.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Small trial orders are welcome for standard products. For custom parts, MOQ depends on the process. Please contact us to discuss.
Do you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports?
Yes. Material certificates, hardness test reports, and heat treatment records (if requested) are available for each batch.
What is the typical delivery time?
Stock standard parts can be delivered within 1-3 days. Custom parts typically take 7-15 days, depending on quantity and complexity.
