1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Customization

We design, produce and sell precision molds, fasteners, stamping parts, and cold heading parts. All custom products are based on drawings or samples confirmed by the customer. Custom orders cannot be canceled after mass production begins.

3. Price & Payment

Prices are as quoted. Payment methods include T/T and L/C. Custom products require a 50% deposit, with balance due before shipment. Payment terms for standard products may be negotiated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is calculated from receipt of deposit or order confirmation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

5. Quality & Inspection

All products undergo internal inspection before shipment. Buyers must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt. Quality issues must be reported with photo/video evidence. Custom products are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (including product drawings and technical data) is owned by us. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profit, production interruption). Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, arbitration shall be submitted to Ningbo Arbitration Commission.

9. Amendment

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended version will be posted on this website.
